The first large solo exhibition of Henket's photographic work will be on view in 'The EYE', the new superstructure of the Museum de Fundatie.

'THE WAY I SEE IT' brings together some 40 photographs that HENKET took over the past few years as well as ‘THE WAIT’, his new filminstallation.

On the occasion of Pieter Henket's solo exhibition a catalogue designed by Paul Boudens is published, with an introductory text by Els Quaegebeur.

Groupshow with the near-monochrome backgrounds in Dutch landscapes and Cowboys by Jeroen Allart, including close-ups of birds in solitude that have a painterly feel of cut-outs. In his defiantly flat open air paintings and the birds, there is a doubleness that rings so true for a country like The Netherlands.

In this groupexhibition, mounted in the new gallery of Flatland in Amsterdam, suspense is key. With Jeroen Allart, Ruud van Empel, Ari Versluis & Ellie Uyttenbroek (Exactitudes), Johan Grimonprez, Rob Hornstra, Jocelyn Lee, Carolein Smit and Cornelie Tollens.
